Easement Work
IARWC is finalizing the remaining easement documents and a representative from MHE (engineering group) will be contacting those property owners over the next few months to discuss the procurement of the water line routing.
IARWC timeline for the project is as follows:
2023 – 2024 finish up engineering
2023 – 2024 Easement Procurement
2024 – 2025 Bid project
2024 – 2025 Loan closing Rural Development
2025 – 2026 Construction
2026 – 2027 finish up construction and begin clean-up
2027 – 2028 Finish up clean-up
