Easement Work
IARWC is finalizing the remaining easement documents and a representative from MHE (engineering group) will be contacting those property owners to discuss the procurement of the water line routing.
IARWC timeline for the intial project is as follows:
2023 – 2026 Finalize engineering
2023 – 2026 Easement Procurement for Phases 1A, 1B, 2, & 3
2025 Bid project - Phase 1A
2026 Loan closing with Rural Development Phase 1A
2026 Construction - Phase 1A Begins 18 to 24 months to complete
2026/2027 Bid project - Phase 1B, 2 & 3
2027 Construction - Phase 1B, 2 & 3 begins 9 to 12 months to complete
2028 – 2029 Finish up/clean-up
